Booking Policy
Hello, please carefully review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. Our policies are applied strictly without exception to ensure fairness and clarity in our booking process. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Deposits & Cancellations: Deposits are required for all appointments and are non-refundable. Appointments are not confirmed unless a deposit has been made. Deposits will be credited towards your final service cost. Should you need to cancel, deposits can be applied to a future booking if you notify us more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If cancelling after the 48 hours, your deposit will be lost and not be transferred upon re-booking.
Managing Your Appointment: To cancel or reschedule, please use the same email you booked with to create an account on our site. This allows you to manage your appointments easily. Please contact: +1 289-689-3006 If changes can't be made online, and it's due to the 48-hour policy.
No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the inability to book future appointments. We reserve the right to refuse service to repeat no-shows.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late will shorten your service time; we cannot extend appointments due to late starts. Please plan to arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.
Payment: Payment is due at your appointment. We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay.
