BOOKING

To secure your appointment, bookings must be made directly through our online booking system. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking, which can be paid securely through the website. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been successfully processed.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

The $50 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable for last minute cancellations and no shows.

If you need to make any changes to your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Clients who arrive 15+ minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled in order to respect the scheduled time of other clients.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Clients are permitted one (1) reschedule per booking.

Any additional reschedule requests will result in the original deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
